Pretzel it Forward

The amazing and loyal customers at Philly Pretzel Factory - Mt. Eprhaim, Sewell, and Deptford locations allow us to give back in ways we couldn’t have imagined. We know Pretzel Wishes will be a success because of these customers and the support they have shown in our Pretzel It Forward campaigns below.

At the beginning of the pandemic, Mt. Ephraim, Sewell, and Deptford pretzel locations launched their #PretzelItForward campaign to support front-line workers. A goal of donating 20,000 pretzels was set and the campaign ended by giving away 32,000 pretzels, 10,000 mini hot dogs, and mini cheesesteaks to those working during lockdowns. Donations went to doctors' offices, hospitals, local clinics, first responders (police, fire, and EMT), and even veterinary offices.

Family members and coworkers sent in nominations via Facebook for hospitals and offices from Philadelphia, PA, to Princeton, NJ, and two parents helped share pretzel love at their daughter's hospital in Delaware.

Customers reached out on what they could to do spread the pretzel love and joined our efforts by participating in our buy 25 get 25 program. Participants joined in to share a salty treat through their workplaces and businesses they frequented.

In September 2018, Hurricane Florence caused catastrophic damage in the Carolinas.

MSgt. Ochoa is a 24-year USMC veteran from Jacksonville, North Carolina, whose home was partially destroyed due to Hurricane Florence.

In November 2018, the Mt. Ephraim location launched its Veterans Day campaign by selling V-shaped pretzels. With the help of our loyal customers, sponsors, and other Philly Pretzel Factory franchise owners, they were able to raise over $21,000 for the Ochoa family. Click here to read more about MSgt.
